Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving Proposal #202459 between MCA (formerly Knight Security) and Williamson County for the amount of $155,010.96 annually for the five (5) year plan pursuant to DIR contract #DIR-CPO-4494, and authorizing the execution of the Proposal.

The approval of this Proposal will benefit the Information Systems with a 5-year Master Secure Plan for video surveillance systems at Justice Center, Cedar Park Annex, Taylor JP PCT 4, Expo Center, PCT 3 Annex, Info Tech Services, Main Tax Office, Taylor Annex, Cities and Health District, Regional Animal Shelter, Lott Center, Liberty Hill Adult Probation, Historic Courthouse, Round Rock Annex, SOTC, North Campus Facilities, Sheriff’s Office, ESOC, and the Jail. The Child Advocacy Center, Central Texas Treatment Center and Juvenile Justice Center projects were completed in October 2023 and are now added to this contract amount. The Bob Phillips building and the Wilco Sheriff's Shooting Range office are not completed at this time and an amendment will be needed upon their completion to add the $6,113.66 additional costs to the $155,010.96. The annual contract price will be $161,124.62 per year with all projects completed. The attached Proposal has the details of the costs and discounts of the 5-year plan.
