Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for Non-Departmental.

This transfer of $53,745 will cover the Gallagher Bassett service fees for G/L and Auto.  The per claim fees with Gallagher Bassett are higher than what was previously being paid to Tristar for primarily two reasons.  The first reason is that GB will handle the claim to conclusion even if we switch TPAs.  Secondly, Risk had not been sending Tristar all GL claims and instead managing some in house.  Going forward, our insurance carrier has provided stringent requirements on what we must submit to the TPA.

The second transfer of $45,592.61 will cover the shortfall in the property insurance line.  The original estimate did not account for the Children's Advocacy Center expansion, a new Hutto property and/or right of way acquisitions.
