Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving Agreement #202478 for Annual Public Safety Maintenance between Williamson County and Central Square in the amount of $571,177.98 for one year and exempting CentralSquare from competitive requirements per Texas Local Government Code §262.024(a)(7)(D)[captive replacement parts or components for equipment]. 

Approval of this purchase will continue the use of Public Safety software to include CAD (computer aided dispatch), RMS (records management system), OneSolution, TriTech, CryWolf, Superion and Tellus branded software, including Licensing, Maintenance, Support, modification and training. The County currently owns and utilizes multiple products within the CentralSquare line and CentralSquare is the sole provider of annual maintenance for their products.  We anticipate continued use of this system for 12–24 months while the County selects a replacement system and implements a new software system.
