Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving Master Services Agreement and Consulting Services Order #202474 between Williamson County and MCCi, LLC. for a not-to-exceed amount of $50,000.00, pursuant to BuyBoard contract #625-20, and authorize the execution of these agreements.
Background
Williamson County has used Laserfiche software from MCCi, LLC for several years. The Master Services Agreement will allow Information Systems to get updated terms and conditions in place and will serve as the overarching terms and conditions to which future orders will adhere. The Consulting Services Order is the professional services agreement MCCi will use on which to build and bill projects based on time and materials. Funding source is 01.0100.0503.005741 as per FY24 budget. The department point of contact is Minnie Beteille.
