Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on Amendment #1 to a TxDOT Highway Safety Improvement Program Advance Funding Agreement for improvements to Chandler Road from SH 130 to Old CR 366 and Ronald Reagan Boulevard at CR 234.
Background
The Commissioners Court previously approved the Advance Funding Agreement at its December 7, 2021 session. The Texas Department of Transportation is now requiring an amendment to the Advance Funding Agreement to be approved and executed due to a reduction in the County’s share of the costs.
