Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on awarding RFSQ #24RFSQ53 for Design or Engineer Services for Minor County Building Projects to the recommended firms, as a pool, herein for a period of two (2) years on an as-needed basis.

Background

Williamson County received forty-three (43) responses from qualified architects and engineers providing Indefinite Deliverable/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) design services to be a part of a Planning, Landscape Architecture, Architecture and Engineering (PLAE) pool. The County intends to design multiple remodel projects as part of an IDIQ agreement.  Qualifications were evaluated and scoring assigned with the top ranked firms being recommended for award on an as-needed basis. The list of recommended firms is attached herein.  Of note, some firms are qualified for more than one discipline. The awarded pool of professionals will be valid for two (2) years.  Professional Service Agreements (PSA) will be contracted on an as-needed basis and will be presented to court for approval at that time.  Budgeted amounts will vary as various line items, and project numbers may be used.
