Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on an order declaring an emergency and a grave necessity due to unforeseeable circumstances to approve a budget amendment to acknowledge additional revenues for the General Fund.
Background
The budget amendment recognizes insurance proceeds received for repairs to the Jail expensed out of the Facilities Department budget. The proceeds are being used to offset the repairs on flooding damage to the Jail.
