Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approval of Amendment #1 to the InfoArmor, Inc. Service Agreement to supplement the employee benefit plan with the AIP Pro+Cyber option to provide an additional benefit plan option for cybersecurity coverage for at $10.95 per participant, per month and $18.95 per participant and family, per month, and authorize the County Judge to sign the same.
Background
The Agreement between Williamson County and InfoArmor, Inc. effective 9.18.2018 only included Plan Information Base Rates. The AIP Pro+Cyber option was not available 9.18.2018. Amendment 1 adds the AIP Pro+Cyber option to provide additional cyber protection coverage, beginning with Wilco 2023 Open Enrollment at which time the additional rate for cyber coverage were deducted from each participating employee’s payroll. No funding source due to employee paid. No Form 1295 is required, due to the company being publicly traded.
