Background
This item is to provide the inclusion of the FEMA Addendum for contracts #23RFP50 and 23RFP51 originally awarded by CC on 5.23.2023 agenda item #34, for the Blackhawk Fire and Safety Service Agreement by adding FEMA compliant contract language. The contracts are pre-positioned for use in the event of an emergency. Funding Sources are 01.0100.0509.4500, 01.0100.0509.004509, and 01.0100.0509.004510. Christi Stromberg is the point of contact.
