Background
This item is to provide the inclusion of the FEMA Addendum for contract #23RFP64 originally awarded by CC on 7/18/2023 agenda item #47, for the Austin Generator Services. Service Agreement by adding FEMA compliant contract language. The contract is pre-positioned for use in the event of an emergency. Funding sources are as follows: 01.0100.0509.004500 - $100,000.00; 01.0507.0507.004510 - $20,000.000 for a total of $120,000.00. Department points of contacts: Shantil Moore and Christi Stromberg.
