Background
The CC approved the Work Order Agreement on 10.8.2024 Agenda Item #31 for the support of Williamson County Information System’s efforts to maintain all Microsoft platforms throughout Williamson County. The Amendment in the amount of $26,860.00 complies with Local Government Code §262.031 Changes in Plans and Specification and is within 25% of the 10.8.2024 approved Work Order Agreement in the amount of $397,385.81. Funding source is 01.0100.0503.004505 per FY25 budget. The Point of Contact is Alison Gleason. Texas Ethics Commission Form 1295 is not required as the vendor is a publicly traded company.
