Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a Contract Amendment No. 4 to the Ronald Reagan Widening Segment B project contract between Williamson County and CP&Y, Inc. relating to the 2019 Road Bond Program. Project: P336 Fund Source: Road Bonds
Background
CP&Y Contract Amendment No. 4 increases the contract compensation cap by $300,000.00 from $3,920,000.00 to $4,220,000.00. This will allow for the execution of Work Authorization No. 3 for construction phase services estimated around $200,000.00. The remaining will be used for a potential design phase supplemental work authorization still under review. No other changes are proposed at this time.
