Discuss, consider and take appropriate action to approve an amendment to a subrecipient agreement between Williamson County and the City of Granger for Infrastructure Improvements to the water project serving the community for reimbursement under the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA).
Background
The Commissioners Court approved funding Water and Wastewater related projects on May 24, 2022. These projects are being funded through The American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds. This agreement is an amendment to the subrecipient grant agreement increasing the amount to $1,422,357.00.
