Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Agreement between Pictometry International Corporation and Williamson County for the annual amount for FY25 & FY26 of $4,712.50 and authorizing the execution of the agreement.

This agreement will allow Williamson County to purchase high-quality aerial imagery for use by the Williamson Cental Appraisal District's yearly aerial collection project. The Pictometry custom imagery services are used in online mapping as well as the ability to share the imagery in the public domain. This agreement will be for two (2) years, FY25 and FY26, at a cost of $4,712.50 annually. The funding source is 01.0100.0503.004505.
