Background
The AtkinsRéalis Contract Amendment No. 1 increases the compensation cap by $42,000.00 from $160,000.00 to $202,000.00 to allow for the execution of a SWA to authorize the addition of a design summary report per TxDOT Roadway Design Manual and construction phase services.
