Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action to ratify the Purchase agreement #2025145 between Williamson County and Northwest Cascade, Inc. D/B/A Honey Bucket for emergency portable restrooms for SO/Jail, due to city water shutdown at 508 S. Rock Street, Georgetown, TX, in the not-to-exceed amount of $1,440.00 and authorizing the execution of the agreement.

Background

Facilities Management submitted this agreement for portable restrooms due to the city water shutdown at the SO/Jail overnight from February 18 – February 19, 2025. The department requested purchasing to expedite the approval to ensure timely provision of this service.  Origination #2146.
