Background
This Contract Amendment No. 5 amends the Exhibit D - Rate Schedule in the Master Contract to add new sub-consultants Leslie L. Bush, PhD, RPS; Beta Analytic Testing Laboratory; Texas State University, Center of Archaeological Studies.
