Background
This agreement is to furnish and install roughly 281 lf of TPO walkpads connecting roof hatch and HVAC units at the Georgetown Annex located at 100 Wilco Way, Georgetown, TX. A detailed scope of work is provided. Contract Audit and General Counsel reviewed. The funding source is 01.0100.1043.004509, and the point of contact is Christy Matoska.
