Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on authorizing the purchase and construction agreement #2025167 between JT Vaughn Construction, LLC and Williamson County for CJC Sidewalk Repair, in the amount of Ten Thousand Two Hundred Thirty-Six Dollars ($10,236.00), pursuant to Omnia Contract Number #R200107 and authorize the execution of the agreement, Funding Source is P615.

Background

This agreement will support CJC Sidewalk Repair, 405 MLK, Georgetown, TX.  A detailed Scope of Work is attached. Contract Audit and General Counsel reviewed. The funding source is P615 and the point of contact is Christy Matoska.
