Background
At its session on February 11, 2025, under Agenda Item No. 33, the Commissioners Court approved a specialized market group of Collin County, Denton County, Fort Bend County, Montgomery County, Travis County, Office of the Attorney General, City of Austin, City of Cedar Park, City of Georgetown, City of Leander, and City of Round Rock for only attorney positions within the County Attorney, District Attorney, and General Counsel offices of Williamson County. This agenda item proposes to add non-attorney positions within the County Attorney, District Attorney, and General Counsel offices of Williamson County to the same specialized market group for purposes of a salary study.
