Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving contract #2025169 between Williamson County and Central Square Technologies, LLC for the connection of Brazos to the Records Management System (RMS), Constables at Precinct #4, for IT Services, with no charge to the county and authorizing the execution of the contract.
Background
This agreement will provide Central Square with the ability to connect Brazos to RMS for the Constables in Precinct #4. Enabling the Constables to have the information from a ticket created using the Brazos ticket writer to be automatically transferred over to RMS without having to be entered manually. This is already in place for the Sheriff's department and other Constable's Offices in the county. Precinct #4 is just being added. This will be done at no cost to the county. Origination #2228. The Department's point of contact is Michael Moody.
