Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on a Contract Amendment No. 1 to the East Wilco Highway Segment 6 contract executed March 19, 2024, between Williamson County and Halff Associates, Inc. relating to the 2023 Road Bond Program. Project: P694 Fund Source: Road Bonds

The Halff Associates, Inc. Contract Amendment No. 1 increases the compensation cap by $700,000.00 from $6,000,000.00 for $6,700,000.00 to allow for the execution of a Supplemental No. 1 to Work Authorization No. 1 for additional design efforts related to extending the project limits by one-mile in the amount of $902,845.90. The remaining increase under the cap will allow for future authorization of construction phase services should construction funding be identified.
