Background
On December 10, 2024, Commissioners Court voted to deobligate $922,357 from the City of Liberty Hill Wastewater APRA agreement. Bids came in lower than expected, resulting in the need to lower the original obligation. This amendment memorializes the action the Court took on December 10, 2024.
