Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Service and Purchase Contract #2025183 between Williamson County and Links Communications, Inc. for the installation of fifteen (15) cameras and cables in fifteen (15) different rooms for the IT department, in the amount of $3,750.00 and authorizing the execution of the contract.
Background
This Service and Purchase Contract will include the installation of fifteen (15) Meraki cameras and cables in fifteen (15) different IT rooms. Installation will be on the ceilings of six (6) IT rooms at the Justice Center, six (6) IT rooms at the Emergency Services Operations Center, and three (3) IT rooms at the Juvenile Justice Center. The funding source is from 01.0100.0503.004100 for FY25. Origination #2355. The department's point of contact is Tammy McCulley.
