Background
Amendment No. 2 to the Supplemental Agreement for Design and Engineering Services between Williamson County and Talex, Inc. Engineers is made to amend the language relating to Article 3 - "Time for Performance of Additional Services." Time increased to July 30th, 2025, with no increase to price.
