Background
The RM 2243 Realignment (Demo) Project requires TCEQ approval of a Contributing Zone Plan (CZP) prior to construction. A TCEQ Agent Authorization Form is required to authorize an employee of HNTB Corporation to submit the needed CZP Exception for TCEQ review and approval on behalf of the County.
