Background
The BGE, Inc. Supplemental No. 4 to Work Authorization No. 1 is for additional engineering services in the amount of $98,846.00 increasing the maximum payable from $998,766.20 to $1,097,612.20 and extends the termination date to 9/30/2025. This SWA increase stays under the contract cap.
