Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on Williamson County receiving ETC Institute's "Leading the Way Award" for outstanding achievement in the delivery of services to residents.

Williamson County contracted with ETC Institute to conduct the county's first county-wide community survey in FY24. Based on survey responses from a random sample of more than 1,200 residents, Williamson County's composite rating was 198. This score is 83 points above the average composite score of 115 for all communities with more than 100,000 residents in the United States. The composite performance score looks at three core areas: satisfaction with overall quality of services; satisfaction with customer service provided by employees; and satisfaction with the tax office.
