Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Master Service Agreement (MSA) #2025201, between Williamson County and Air Conditioning Innovative Solutions, Inc. (ACIS) DBA Team Services for commercial HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical and Controls Services in the not-to-exceed amount of $500,000.00 pursuant to TIPS Cooperative Contract #24010401 and authorize execution of the agreement.
Background
This Master Service Agreement is for all commercial HVAC, Plumbing, electrical and controls Services between Williamson County and Air Conditioning Innovative Solutions, Inc (ACIS) DBA Team Services to be able to utilize the vendor for services as they arise. Scope of Work (SOW) with quoted amount to be verified with a COOP vendor which will be supplied by PO request. This MSA will be valid as of the date of execution through April 30, 2029. The funding source is 01.0100.0509.004510, Origination #2592 and the point of contact is Shantil Moore.
