Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action to approve a resolution authorizing the County Judge to execute certificates expressing official intent to reimburse costs of Kasberg, Patrick, & Associates, LP for P650 Southwest Regional Park Drainage Improvements from 2023 Park Bond proceeds.
Background
A reimbursement resolution will be made on all expenditures for Kasberg, Patrick, & Associates LP regarding P650 Southwest Regional Park Drainage Improvements for the 2023 Park Bond program until the bond issuance in May or June 2025. Once the bonds are issued, the expenditures that were incurred and paid out of the general funds will be reimbursed.
