Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on an Agreement between Williamson County and Hill Country Dog Center, LLC relating to the exchange between the parties of two Law Enforcement K9s for the Williamson County Sheriff's Office.
Background
Williamson County purchased Law Enforcement K9 Cino in July 2024 from Hill Country Dog Center to serve in the line of duty for the Williamson County Sheriff's Office. The Hill County Dog Center and Williamson County Sheriff's Office have now determined that a different K9 named K9 Omen would better serve and suit the needs of the Sheriff's Office. Hill Country Dog Center will be accepting the return of K9 Cino and will provide the Sheriff's Office with K9 Omen at no cost to the County.
