Background
The Freese and Nichols, Inc. Supplemental No. 2 to Work Authorization No. 1 is for an additional 0.14 acres to be analyzed for compliance under the Texas Antiquities Code and Threatened and Endangered Species Habitat Assessment in the amount of $37,402.30 and extends the termination date to 5/31/2026. This WA amount stays under the contract cap.
