Discuss and take appropriate action on ordering precinct boundary changes necessary to comply with Texas Election Code, Section 42.006.
Background
During March or April of each odd-numbered year, each commissioners court shall determine whether the county election precincts comply with Sections 42.005, 42.006, and 42.007 of the Texas Election Code and order the boundary changes necessary for compliance.
