Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving an Authorized Use Agreement between Williamson County and The Lovely Works, LLC for a commercial photo shoot at Southwest Williamson County Regional Park.

The Lovely Works, LLC, contracted by Dick's Sporting Goods, has requested to conduct a commercial photo shoot on May 16, 2025 at the Southwest Williamson County Regional Park pickleball courts.  The 6 pickleball courts would be closed to the public between 10am-5pm for the photoshoot; a timeframe in which public use of the courts has historically been less used. The photoshoot is highlighting pickleball as an inclusive sport for all, featuring talent playing pickleball in a community park setting, emphasizing the message: "All you need is a paddle, a ball, and a community park!" The license fee for this agreement is $3,000.   The agreement has been reviewed by Legal and the Public Information Office.
