Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for the Cascade Phase 1 subdivision – Precinct 2.

This is the first section of the Cascade Development. It consists of 121 single family lots, 5 open space/landscape lots, 1 amenity lot, 1 pond lot, 1 open/drainage lot, and 5,746 linear feet of new roads. Roadway and drainage construction are not yet complete but a financial security in the amount of $3,953,847.02 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.

2025-05-14 – receipt of request to place the final plat on the Commissioners Court agenda
2025-05-15 – final plat placed on the May 20, 2025, Commissioners Court agenda for consideration
