Discuss, consider and take action on Subrecipient Agreements between Williamson County and the City of Taylor for Community Development Block Grant funding.

The attached agreements coincide with projects outlined in the approved CDBG FY24 Annual Action Plan and the approved CDBG-CV CARES funding allocation.  Taylor was allocated $800,000 CDBG-CV CARES funding for waterline improvements.  The first portion of the project utilized $637,357.32 and is complete.  This is reflected in the CDBG-CV amendment, which adjusts the contract amount.  A second portion of the waterline project will utilize the remaining $162,642.68.  This is reflected in the CDBG-CV agreement.
