Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action to approve a resolution authorizing the County Judge to execute certificates expressing official intent to reimburse costs of the Office of the Attorney General from 2023 Park Bond proceeds.
Background
A reimbursement resolution will be made on an expenditure for the Office of Attorney General for the 2023 Park Bond program until the bond issuance and receipt of funds in May or June 2025. Once the bonds are issued and funds received, the expenditure that was incurred and paid out of the general funds will be reimbursed.
