Williamson County Purchasing Dept. sent out one thousand five hundred-twenty-nine (1,529) notifications with fifty-four (54) document takers and received six (6) vendor submissions.  After reviewing all the pertinent information, it was concluded that RHB Construction, Inc. submitted the overall lowest and best offer. This contractor has performed similar work on other projects and received positive references from those contacted.  It is the recommendation of the Road and Bridge Department that Williamson County award this solicitation #25IFB45 CR 351 Bridge Riprap Replacement to RHB Construction.  The funding source is 01.0200.0210.003599 and the point of contact for this project is Jenifer Favreau.
