Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Construction Service Agreement No. 2025251 between Williamson County and The Brandt Companies, LLC for the Jail North Boiler – Replacement of Flue Pipe in the not-to-exceed amount of Ninety-Six Thousand Five Hundred Eighty-Two Dollars and Seventy-One Cents ($96,582.71) pursuant to Cooperative Contract #CSP-22-049MF and authorize execution of the agreement.

This Agreement for Construction Services between Williamson County and The Brandt Companies, LLC is for the Jail North Boiler – Replacement of Flue Pipe located at Williamson County, 306 W 4th Street, Georgetown, TX 78626.
