Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for the Office of Emergency Management.

Background

The Office of Emergency Management would like to purchase 4 AEDs totaling $9900.00. Two of them are replacing inoperable end-of-life units, one unit for the base operations bus, and one for the vehicle being used for on-call purposes. All OEM vehicles are 24-hour response vehicles regardless of on-call status. This will increase the preparedness of our response vehicles when mobilized in the event of a major incident in support of a unified command. Items were ordered in FY24 but were not shipped prior to the end of the fiscal year, and missed adding them to this year's budget.
