Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on Contract Amendment No. 8 to the Corridor A1 and A2 contract executed March 13, 2017, between Williamson County and Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson, Inc. relating to the 2019 Road Bond Program. Project: P392 Fund Source: Road Bonds

This Contract Amendment No. 1 amends the Exhibit D - Rate Schedule in the Master Contract to allow for the addition of subconsultant Charles D. Frederick and the following Supplemental Work Authorizations. 
Supplement No. 3 to Work Authorization No. 6 for additional construction phase services due to utility relocation in the amount of $69,920.00 and extends the termination date to 3/31/2028.
Supplement No. 7 to Work Authorization No. 5 is for additional alignment and drainage design in the amount of $50,153.00 and extends the termination date to 1/30/2026.
Supplement No. 1 to Work Authorization No. 7 is for additional archeological services in the amount of $680,502.04 and extends the termination date to 9/30/2026.
