Discuss and take appropriate action on the proposed amendment to the FY24 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Action Plan project allocation for the Georgetown Housing Authority.
Background
Georgetown Housing Authority has requested a reallocation of FY24 funding in the amount of $440,158. The funds would be reallocated to the urgent need of repairs to the exterior of the affordable housing. Original and updated project descriptions are included in the attachment. Funding amount and beneficiaries would remain the same. The project description would change.
