Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Master Service Agreement #2025233 between Williamson County and HVAC RNTL, LLC for as-needed Rental and Delivery of HVAC Equipment in the not-to-exceed amount of Five-Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000.00) pursuant to TIPS Cooperative Contract #240102 and authorize execution of the agreement.

This Master Service Agreement for as-needed Rental and Delivery of HVAC Equipment at various Williamson County Facilities between Williamson County and HVAC RNTL, LLC is to be able to utilize the vendor for services as they arise.  This service will allow for HVAC equipment to be rented while the main system is being repaired at a facility.  The contract number with TIPS is #240102. No pricing sheet for this MSA. Scope of Work (SOW) with quoted amount to be verified by COOP vendor, which will be supplied with PO request. This MSA will be valid as of the date of execution through February 01, 2027.  The funding source is 01.0100.0509.004620, Origination #2728 and the point of contact is Shantil Moore.
