Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on the revised Parks Department reservation cancellation and refund policy, effective August 11, 2025, to coincide with the Fall 2025 sports seasons.
Background
The Parks Department is revising the reservation cancellation and refund policy to: 1. Clarify language and terms related to the various process requirements, and 2. Updating processes to improve consistency between the various sports in how space is managed at Southwest Williamson County Regional Park.
