Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on acknowledging the 2025 Annual Asset Inventory Report as conducted by Records Consultants, Inc. (RCI) to fulfill the requirement of the Purchasing Agent to produce an annual asset report for the county, pursuant to Tx. Local Gov't Code 262.011. (i).

Tx. Local Gov't Code Sec. 262.011.(i) requires by July 1 of each year the county Purchasing Agent to file with the County Auditor and each of the members of the Commissioners Court an inventory of all the property on hand and belonging to the county and each subdivision, officer, and employee of the county.  The court has previously approved a contract with Records Consultant, Inc. (RCI) to conduct the inventory and provide the results to the Purchasing Agent. The inventory reports attached is a result of the inventory conducted by RCI in March 2025.  The reports are the 2025 Total Inventory Report and the 2025 Inventory by Department.  Additional details from the report are on hand with the Purchasing Department.  The County Auditor's Office is also in receipt of the report.  The Department's point of contact is Joy Simonton.
