This Change Order is adding an item to the Contract for demolishing a house that is within the County Right-of-Way (ROW). The house will be demolished to prevent vandalism and to minimize any safety risks to the County. Please see the attached Change Order for additional details. This Change Order results in a net increase of $39,200.00 to the Contract amount, for an adjusted Contract total of $1,336,579.00. The original Contract amount was $1,253,832.00. As a result of this and all Change Orders to-date, $82,747.00 has been added to the Contract, resulting in an 6.60% net increase in the Contract cost. No additional days will be added to or deducted from the Contract as a result of this Change Order.
