Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for the Santa Rita Ranch Phase 7B Section 3 subdivision – Precinct 2.

This is the next section of the Santa Rita Ranch Phase 7B development. It consists of 37 single family lots, 2 open space/drainage/utility lots and 1,370 feet of new public roads. Roadway and drainage construction is not yet complete but a performance bond in the amount of $4,721,361.30 has been posted with the County to cover the remaining construction.

2024-12-05 – initial submittal of the final plat
2025-01-04 – 1st review complete with comments
2025-04-08 – 2nd submittal of final plat
2025-04-21 – 2nd review complete with comments
2025-05-21 – 3rd submittal of final plat
2025-05-21 – 3rd review complete with comments clear
2025-06-06 – receipt of final plat with signatures
2025-06-12 – final plat placed on the June 17, 2025, Commissioners Court agenda for consideration
