Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on awarding RFSQ #24RFSQ76 Associate Medical Director for Williamson County EMS to the highest scoring submittal, Dr. Louis Fornage, M.D., in the maximum amount payable of Eighty Thousand Dollars ($80,000.00) per year and authorize execution of this agreement.
