Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action approving Addendum #2 to add enhancements to the Electronic Patient Care Reporting (EPCR) for the amount of $35,568.00, originally approved by the Commissioners' Court on October 1, 2022 (Agenda Item #17) and expiring on September 26, 2028, and authorizing the execution of the Addendum #2.

Addendum #2 to the Electronic Patient Care Reporting (EPCR) system contract with ESO for Williamson County EMS First Responder Organization will improve patient care, enhance efficiency, and strengthen communication with vendor ESO and within the EMS First Responder Organization. The EPCR system supports quality assurance by tracking trends, identifying training needs, and providing real-time oversight for the Medical Director. It also allows first responders to receive feedback on their performance. The original contract was approved by the Commissioners Court on October 1, 2022 (Agenda Item #17) and expires on September 26, 2028. The cost to add the additional services is $35,568.00.
