Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for the General Fund Drug Court Program.
Background
This line item transfer is needed in order to pay for client services for the Drug Court Program. A policy exception to the Budget policy is being requested. The policy states that transfers from Training are prohibited. When this budget was created for the first time in FY 2025 the needs were not clear at the time as there were grant funds that were paying for some client services. Those grant funds were not renewed when they ended back in the Spring.
